Refund & Return Policy

At Shafi Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags
• Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
• Consumables such as glue, sealants, chemicals, or paint once opened
• Custom-ordered or specially-fabricated items
• Products without original packaging

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide instructions for returning the item

6. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via:

• Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer
• Online payments (future): Refunded to original payment method

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

8. Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, please follow the same return process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
