Shafi Traders is a hardware and tools retailer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may exist. Prices are subject to change without notice. All product images are for reference purposes.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment refunded in full.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the goods. For large or bulk orders, alternative arrangements may be made in advance.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout. Standard delivery is within 2–5 working days depending on your location. Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, transport strikes, etc.) are not our responsibility.

6. Warranty

Products sold by Shafi Traders carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair voids all warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shafi Traders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
